Could we please have Post Fader FX?

As the title suggests can we please have Post Fader effects? Certain plugins are designed to work this way such as AirWindows and I just feel that for completeness, this should be a thing since Reaper can do almost anything else. Anyone with me?

Isn't the routing pre-fader ?
Use the plugin on a separate track and receive the input from other tracks... ?

Yes I do that but it ends in clutter.
