Default Set all (selected) notes in MIDI Editor to same pitch

I'm looking for an action that will transpose all/selected notes in MIDI Editor to same pitch.

Eg I select a melody (notes A3, C#3 and E2) and run the action and it asks what pitch and I say A0 and it sets ALL notes in their positions to A0. This example is for a bassline.

If you select the notes and go into Event Properties (there’s a shortcut, but I’m not sure which), you can just type in the note you want and they’ll all change.

for setting to one pitch do as ash suggested. Event Proprieties is a great window.

Other way is using my copy/paste MIDI script to copy pitch and paste pitch.
