They /were/ busy around Black Friday/Cyber Monday and for at least a week after that, I had a long wait for a response to a request over a license transfer. They seem to be getting back to normal, but response times are still pretty slow.
I started using their Product Portal for authentication - saves a lot of dicking around with auth/license files.
