Easy and fast MIDI CC track set/assignment

Hi,
Thinking about touch functionality in action -Track: Set volume for last touched track (MIDI CC / OSC only)- is there any script or action that allows random touch select tracks for MIDI CC / OSC assignment?
What I'm looking for is an easy, quick and "on the fly" way to create maps, with integrated learn and no need to open menus, to control Reaper with my MIDI hardware.

Also, is there any way to select a group of audio or MIDI tracks, continuous or not, and have the script automatically assign them a CC set? let's say 10 tracks that when selected are assigned CC7 vol and CC10 pan with MIDI channel from 1 to 10.

I know there are very good scripts already, but something express and working would be not bad at all.
