It's all on a guitar and a MIDI Keyboard( bass, violins, etc.). I played all tracks live except the drums & percussion and half the "Bass" tracks are looped sections.
All the tracking was recorded live into Reaper straight through the audio interface. I used Amplitube 3 & 4 and Kontakt Player as VSTs, a PRS Tremonti SE guitar, and a Novation Impulse 64 and an old Yamaha Clavinova for playing the soft-synths. The MIDI drums & Perc I wrote in Piano Roll triggers the Battery 4 VST.
I really didn't do any noteworthy processing to the sounds. The guitar tracks used some Distortion and delay but that was about it. And the other instruments were just straight from the Kontakt Factory Library.
I didn't do any additional processing during mixdown - just adjusting track volume.
I used an Ozone-8 VST Master Assistant preset and tweaked a bit here and there for mastering.
