Default Custom Toggle Event for Selected Track?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to create a toggle command that does the following:
Double-Click Selected Track - changes track to 'narrow' in mixer panel
Double-Click Selected Track Again - reverts back to mixer panel default layout.

I've been able to get this partially working with custom key-command actions; however, i'd much prefer to just click the mouse. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try pressing ~ button on your keyboard, first. It collapses all tracks at one.
As per your request, create new cycle action from action menu.
Do all the steps from this video, but add your commands to cycle action.
Then, assign this action to double click. Don't forget to reassign "Select all items on track" which is set to doubleclick by default. It's useful.

As for commands, you can use "Expand selected track height, minimize others", "Increase selected track height", "Toggle track zoom to maximum height" or other options
