Repear window stuck on desktop

Hi, I am new here

I use reaper v6.28 on Mac OS Big Sur and the main window of the app is stuck on the desktop, above all others windows.

I cannot move it, minimize it nor put it on a real maximized state on macOS.

The dock also always come back and cover the window.

Can someone help me here ?

I loved Mac but I gave up on it as every update or upgrade something don't work anymore.
It is a nightmare for developers to try to keep up by burning the candle at both ends to get the issues fixed, they need to make a different version of their app for each different version of Mac.
It seems like there is a new Mac OS out every other week.
Is it really worth it to upgrade to the latest each time and get all these problems ?
Why do Windows apps just keep working from Win95 to Win10.

Is it in fullscreen mode? View > Fullscreen, or Cmd+F11.
