Change mixer metering size?

I recentlly came back to Reaper and I'm customizing my theme, I can't seem to find a way to make the metering thinner. For example I like the Pro Tools 12.5 by revsfmc theme metering size and position. How can I make this changes in my theme (default Reaper 6 theme).
