Default Does Reaper support transparent .png?

Hi, I make videos in Reaper through images.

But it doesn't seem to support transparency (for instance, to layer images to create a fake 3D animated photograph)).

Is there a setting I need to change?
Or maybe I just didn't save my .png correctly, if someone can confirm whether it does or doesn't support transparency?

you need the 'image overlay' preset in the video processor

correction - default settings should do it.

No no, I don't want the whole track transparent, just the parts of the png that are transparent already. The rest of the image must stay opaque.

To allow transparent foreground pngs to pass-through background images, first separate the transparent pngs onto individual tracks, in the desired layer order.

Foreground layers will need the video processor set to Image Overlay with an "alpha channel" value of 1.

Opacity will still function as intended.
