Imported Audio Too Quiet

As of this afternoon, any audio I import into Reaper is VERY quiet (practically inaudible). In an existing project, I can even re-import an audio file that is currently in use in the project. The newly-imported audio file is quiet, the same audio file that was imported before this afternoon plays at full volume. I tried this in a few projects with the same result. I restarted the program, started a new project, and the audio only imports/plays quietly. I tried multiple audio files with the same results. Those files play fine on my media player.

Running Windows 10, Focusrite 8i6 sound card.

Any help will be much appreciated!
