Default Phonic Helix Board 12 FW mixer works nicely with Reaper

I almost feel guilty confessing that I've bought one, 'cos they've got very little street cred, but comparing the Phonic mic preamps with a Sennheiser stereo preamp costing twice as much revealed little or no difference in noise levels - and both claim an effectively flat frequency response. Anyway, the 8 channels of FW plus 2 channel main output shows up in Reaper just fine, and the stereo FW output back to the mixer likewise. Very neat little piece of kit - and very good value.

Drivers appear to be good - first time I used it some channels seemed muddled but restarting everything it was fine. Seems to play 40+ 44.1/16 tracks at 264 samples. Anything else one should look for in respect of the drivers? The control panel provides for renaming of inputs and outputs and tweaking of this and that. No mixer app as it's a mixer in the first place! Comes with Cubase LE but I don't think I'll bother installing it....
