So we're hanging in the studio, making a tune, it's heading to this ravey place. We get done and we have a pretty simple rave throwback instrumental. For some reason I start talking about how funny it is that the guy from Scooter likes to yell "SCOOOOTER" in every song and because The Simpsons raised me, that gets to yelling "Üter" (you know the german kid from The Simpsons), which leads to "Don't make me run i'm full of chocolate" (his first canon appearance).
We start watching "Lisa On Ice", and "It's a lucky coincidence you happen to be your sister's brother" happens, we laugh.. hard, because the songs on loop and it sat in the there perfectly. The rest is history.
I guess this could be considered Simpsonwave? but I don't think it's wavey enough, it's definitely got the feels of it though.
