Default ?-Where to find and how to re-install custom keyboard shortcuts on mac

Hi there,

First time poster. I had begun using Reaper 3 years ago for Audio Book editing. Really happy with the interface, and had created a few very specific keyboard shortcuts/tasks that were great.
However, my older MacBook Pro crashed, and I had to re-install the OS ( High Sierra )
I have a new version of HS installed and Reaper is working fine, but all my original settings ( mainly keyboard shortcuts and FX settings) are gone.
Any suggestions as to where I might find them ( in my Time Machine backup folders) and then the best way to install them?
I've tried Application Support, and found one file there, but wasn't able to import that file, nor did copy pasting work.

Any suggestions welcome!
thanks
