VST notes with markup

So there really isn't a good VST notes existing that:
- can have color (pref. black background)
- color text
- simple markup as B/I/U

shouldn't be so hard to do I guess???

I was now experimenting with VSTNotesXL but it's not perfect.
Pitty that SWS notes doesn't have markup or alignement
