Rebuild peaks doesn't update file after using external editor (RX)

Hi-ya folks!

After I fix some glitches and noices in RX I use the "Save over existing file" function before I go back to Reaper. However the audio file in Reaper doesn't update even after doing the "Rebuild all peaks" command. The only way to get Reaper so spot the updated file is to close the project and open it agian.

I'm sure there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing. Help me find it!

there's an action to toggle the item offline/online you should run before rebuilding peaks.
You can also set reaper to be offline when inactive and that will do the same thing.

hope you have backup file before you replace with rx version
