Default Home / end keys do not work in the midi events list view

Hello.
I am a blind Reaper user and navigating Reaper with keyboard. In the following situation, home / end keys do not work as expected.

1) Make a midi item and add some events there.
2) Open the midi editor.
3) Go to the midi events list view.

Expected behavior: I want home / end keys to move the cursor to the top / bottom of the list respectively.
Current behavior: Pressing home / end keys does nothing.
Other information: Page up / down work.

I'm using an accessibility plugin called Osara. I first thought Osara might be eating key events, but after some debugging, I found out that Reaper seemed to be invalidating key presses.
You can check how the debugging went by visiting here:
https://github.com/jcsteh/osara/pull/212

If this is considered a bug, I would like it to be fixed since being able to directly go to top / bottom will make my workflow much smoother.

There are two actions in MIDI event list editor context in the Action list

"View: Go to start of file"
"View: Go to end of file"

That are by default unassigned. You would need to assign Home and End keys to them, however the problem is that these actions, while they are working and they do move the edit cursor to the beginning or the end of the MIDI item, they don't move the event list view and selected event in the same way.

We should probably have a variant of those two actions that also select the first/last event in the list as they move to the start or the end of the file.

+1. That would be super useful here, and also conforms better to standard keyboard conventions.
