So far 78 have read 2 responses.
That makes only 2.5% took the time to respond. Does that say no one cares about creative rights. If that is the case then if some one likes your work creating a tune then it is ok for some one else to take it as their own work.

@hwhalen offered a version of a theme that attracted the attention of close to
40k views, yet despite pm's to the op still has not shown 1 pixel of progress
since its inception in mar 2016.
Yes, he used the same name and he also
explained the situation. After one
post questioning his action, @hwhalen promptly took the theme down from the
stash. This is a theme that he made
completely from scratch except for a
couple small .png's. A theme that was
inspired by, and visually similar to,
and a clone of AMS Neve's Genesys Black
console, and the user who designed
the original mockup surely did not
ask permission from that company.
This will be for me a precedent for me:
@Sickamorz....the current top theme at
the stash is your theme. A theme that
started as a SSL clone, by Albert X,
refined by LucasLCS, and then slightly
augmented by you. You have given no
credit on the upload page at the stash
to either LucasLCS, Albert X, or SSL,
and you used the same name it was given
by it's originator. It just seems to me
that there are an awful lot of distorted
lines here, and since the issue in
question has been dealt with to what I
am sure is of satisfaction to anyone
opposed to the uploaded theme, can we
get back to helping one another to
create content which will benefit us
all....after all..any true artist or
musician knows that the most sincere
form of flattery is imitation and no
work of art is produced without being
influenced by something....whether
conscious or not.
