Default Grid: Divide midi view vertically by measure

Grid: Divide midi view vertically by measure

* Request
In 5.76 the action "Grid: Divide arrange view vertically by measure" was added. For those of us that use the separate midi window, it would be extremely useful for ease of use and visibility if we could have this sort of trigger for the midi editor as well.

* Benefit
This will improve the visibility tremendously in the midi editor for sequencers and will allow for a lot more convenient navigation of projects with lots of midi data, particularly if you are zoomed out and are trying to quickly locate a measure you want to work on visually.

* Reason
Currently, at least in my experience, it can sometimes be difficult to tell where new measures start in the midi editor, especially if you have markers and regions being displayed from the arrange view. Reaper's midi zoom commands can further complicate this visibility problem, and I believe being able to easily see alternating measures with different colors would go a long way to improving quality of life for midi sequencing.

DAWs like FL Studio display the grid like this by default.

* Implementation Suggestion
Basically, just having alternating theme colors for each measure.

For a stretch, having an additional alternating color set for every 4 measures\time sig changes would also be a great addition.
