mousewheel zooming in midi editor when docker is open

Hi,

I have set following options to make it possible to zoom in/out with mousewheel to the current cursor position:
horizontal zoom center - mouse cursor
mousewheel targets - window under cursor

It all works fine in track view and in the floating midi editor, when the docker is closed.
As soon as I hit Ctrl-D and open the docker, or open the midi editor docked - mousewheel in midi zooms only to the center of the screen, which is very confusing, as you loose orientation where you were in the song.

I have also tried a setting:
mousewheel targets - window with focus
and same happens.

I`m on REAPER 3,71 XP 32bit.
