Default MIDI out

Hi guys... i would like to know which is the best way to send MIDI notes out of Reaper, for example to VCV rack or Hardware synth (è.g. Behringer Neutron)...

I know and i'm trying "loop midi B"....

not sure what you mean by the best way, i think there is only one way to send MIDI notes out of Reaper? The track routing window - add MIDI hardware output. (this is a bit of a misleading name though, as it could be a virtual port, not an actual hardware device)

i'm new to send midi out of Reaper; i'm using VCV rack so i need a virtual midi cable for this,; i want to buy a Behringer Neutron and send midi note to it (it receives midi via usb)

VCV have the bridge to connect it and there are instructions specifically for Reaper here.

The Neutron will show up as a midi destination in routing.
