Default Noisy laptop

Hi! I've had a F series VAIO laptop for a year now. In that time it became pretty noisy so I'm thinking about dusting it off with an air compressor or a bicycle pump. I would disassemble it but it's too complicated to do it. Do you think that dusting its holes with an air compressor or a bicycle pump is a good idea? Also, do you think I should buy a cooling pad to make it quieter? I need quiet to record my music. Thank you for any ideas/comments!

Can you use cabling to physically separate the mic(s) and laptop? I read that sometimes people will store their noisy computers away from the recording action to deal with the noise.

Unfortunatelly no, I have all the equipment in one relatively small (5 meters x 4 meters) room. Any idea about cleaning/cooling the laptop?

I disassemble and clean out all the fan ducting on my wife's VAIO about once every six months, after innocently taking it to a local repairer who screwed me out of around $200 AND the hard drive out of the laptop!

Have a go - your compressed idea is guaranteed NOT to work, so you either get a set of small screwdrivers and watch a few videos or you pay out the yingyang for someone else to do it.
