BUG: TAB navigation in Render WIndow isn't continuous

Hi,


Win x64 REAPER 6.13



When browing input/menu/buttons via TAB button, the focus isn't going in a top to bottom workflow,
it jumps for one thing to another, not continiously,
This cause some accessibility issue.


Here is a demo:





See how it jumps from Tail value to Sampe rate for eg, skipping render path ? and then Primary output tab to silently increment file name skipping output format settings (and going back to it later ) ?

Yes, the order is a little odd. Though I remember, that the tab-behavior in the render to file-dialog had been improved some recent time ago but haven't checked that yet.

I notice there is other reaper window which have this issue, like certain settings tab:







A full inspection of all reaper window would be required to check this accessibility issue. :S

Also e.g. the Item notes window. They fixed the bare minimum in some recent dev build but the rest is bad. But you know how it goes.
