MIDI editor: allow scroll-left actions to scroll past item start but not project start
If using one MIDI editor per item, scrolling still seems to be restricted to the leftmost visible item on the track.

That changelog line refers to the move edit cursor actions (e.g. left/right key).

The scrollbar range is defined as the extents of all visible items (unless you're in editor-per-project or per-track mode, in which case it's defined as the items in the project).
