For me, this piece has a simple elegance which I like. I think it would be a good piece for a ballerina to dance to. The way it builds as it progresses is good, too.

There is a rather distracting sound on the piano at the beginning.

thanks for giving it a listening. i was going for simple, indeed.
never thought of people dancing on my music. i think it would work, although the rhythm is quite simple.

well that's the noise the keys made when i was playing the piano. i wanted to have that intimate neoclassical sound which seems to be quite popular nowadays.

I liked it a lot. As the piano was overtaken you didn't try to swell its volume, which seems different and nice.
Very pleasant. Thanks!

At first, with this simple piano tune, very academic, I was thinking of a guy that was just beginning to play piano. Nearly stopped the listening. When the orchestration begun, I changed my mind...
I like very much your piano with all the parasite sounds.

I have a professional piano player here with 40 years experience atm and he is equally baffled. The clicking piano noises are not adding to the music for us anyways.

wow, 40 years. that is a lot. i can merely play the piano, but i'm not a pianist.
i suppose this is a matter of taste. but the decision to add the noise was more of a sound design one rather than a musical one.
thanks for giving it a listen, though. and for the feedback

I like the noise, but there seems to be a lot of midrange missing? Like a mild saturation at around 800 would maybe help?

Aah ! That's why the piano is so academic. I thought it was an artistic choice... but maybe is it anyway ?
