Please, Devs! Make pass through or zero out option saveable with plugin presets.

(Here this request more relevant, than in rc1 thread)

Will this solve the issue with Mono VST3s that output only to channel 1 while channel 2 pass through if the user don't manually connect the output pin?
If not, what does this mean?
