When moving or copying regions between different time signatures, the part next to the right side of the newly moved item will lose it's time signature.
How to reproduce:
1. Create some bars of 4/4 and 3/4 alternating measures like so:
2. move the region on the right side a few regions back.
3. The newly moved item will have the correct signature, however the one right next to it will either lose it's marker, or change to a different signature
