Troubleshooting why Presets Aren’t Working With MIDI Keyboard

I’m trying to play my MIDI Keyboard following instructions from Kenny’s “MIDI” video. I’ve tried the two presets, but neither sound when I press the piano keys. Please advise.

Explain in a little more detail what your setup is and what you are trying to do.

I am not aware of which video you refer to as he has quite a few midi videos.

What presets are you refering to? Those on the midi keyboard or on a vsti?

What piano keys are you refering to pressing? The reaper midi editor virtual keyboard, a virtual keyboard in a vsti gui, or your midi keyboard?

Where are you expecting/listening to audio output? The midi keyboard, an audio interface, or soundcard on you pc/mac?

What is your audio and midi setup?
