Default How to extend a midi note until the next note

Hi.

First time here.

I have a midi item and I'd like to automatically extend notes until the beginning of the next note, thus removing silence between notes. But I don't want to quantize the beginning of any note, I want to keep them beginning at the point they were originally recorded. How can I do such an automatic extension of all notes or some selected notes?

Thanks in advance,

Eduardo

Welcome!

In MIDI item edit window:

Select notes;
Right-click in window;
Select "Set note ends to start of next note (legato)."

Thanks.

My right-click menu doesn't show that option. I guess because I've installed a pack of actions and it removed this option. But knowing what it is called, "legato", allowed me to find the action I wanted.
