Problems installing CSI
So I got my FPv2 today. But I have problems with my basic set-up.
I have followed steps 1 through 9 in the installation instructions. There are supposed to be a bunch of surfaces in the right panel. But it's empty.
When I click on Add midi, I can select my surface and my mst and zone files. I click OK and OK.
But when I check, my recently created setup is no longer there.
What gives?

You probably just have to click the "Home" page. The surfaces don't appear until you select the page.

OK, cool -- that helped a bit.
I can now see my FPv2, and the setup I created is there.
However, Reaper is not reacting to the Faderport, even though MIDI OX shows it outputs messages

Step by step ... :-)
I closed MIDI OX, and now Reaper displays the input messages from the FP.
However, it's not reacting to them according to my zone file. What might be the problem?

Another step ...
I removed everything from my .mst file except for basic transport, and THERE you go.
So, now I am up and running.
What I need now is understanding the best way to debug my .mst file.
Thx

CSI issues tend to be in the .zon but could be in the .mst.
Why don't you post your files here wrapped up in the [code] brackets. The main CSI thread is the best place for info because MixMonkey, Geoff, MalcolmG, Cragster, and a few others including myself tend to keep an eye on it and can all provide help where we spot something.
