All vst instruments play AT ONCe
So, how to fix this?
I install new instruments on a new track and no matter which is armed
they all play at once.
I am a complete newbie and I hope someone is gonna help me
my Reaper's version is the latest

You mean they all play when you play your keyboard?
Could you please make a video or a screenshot?

yes both my controller and the virtual keyboard
no matter what vst , even if it is one that doesn't produce sound.
for example
I load a piano or a synth
and a reverb pluging
the piano or so, continues to play even if I have armed (selected?) the reverb
I load stylus and then a synth, with the synth selected stylus notes are triggered too!

If you want the synth not to play you should bypass it.

You can arm input per track, not per FX on same track.
Load instruments to different tracks, then arm track(s) to hear input.

I do load them in different tracks
with the older version I didn't had that problem
(so that leads to the conclusion I didn't mess with any option parameters)
so ? any ideas?

Record a video with the issue, so we will know what you are talking about.

I can't do that.
so difficult to understand that I :
insert virtual instrument on a new track ( stylus for example)
then I insert another on a new track and when I play notes both instruments are triggered no matter which is armed

Some sort of solution
well I found that if I disarm the tracks and leave only ''record armed'' the one that I want I get sound from the preferred vst.
but I want this to happen automatically
Imagine that you have to arm/disarm each time 20 instancses of vst..

If new tracks that you insert are automatically record armed, go to menu Preferences, Project, Track Send/Defaults and untick Record Arm (near the centre)

Also on Options, Preferences, Project, Track/Send Defaults, When you click on the dropdown named "Record config: " there's "Automatic record-arm when track is selected" option at the bottom.
If you select this, and apply the change, every time you click on a track, it will record arm it.

And maybe you could address them by different midi channels.

OK, Bjork... I mean this in the most helpful way possible but i think you need to do some more reading up on the basics of Reaper and home recording.
If you are happy with spoken English then I recommend you study the Youtube tutorials in this playlist "YOU FIRST MIDI SONG" by Kenny Gioia.

Good luck
