Default [SOLVED] Please Help! Grid Snap Borked In One Project

So, I have no idea how this happened, but in a project I'm working on, grid snap stopped behaving. It no longer obeys my grid snap settings when grid snap is on. It has a mind of its own and seems to arbitrarily snap to subdivisions rather than what I set it to.
As this is difficult to describe properly, I made an annotated video to demonstrate the issue.
Note that in a totally new project, this problem doesn't exist. So I clearly did SOMETHING wrong to bork this all up.
Sure, I could simply import my media items into a new project and do away with whatever I messed up. BUT! I would like to know what I may have done and, more importantly, how to fix it. Just in case I manage to do this again in the future.
I seriously do not understand how this happened.

Thanks in advance!
