Default Exported Midi not aligned to grid...Sorted

Need some help...I've exported the Project Midi (Type 1 Multi track) as I was having problems with the Midi Editor. When I import the midi file into Cubase, the notes are not aligned to the Cubase grid. I've checked the Reaper midi and all the notes are aligned. In Cubase they are out by roughly a 1/4 note. Everything else seems to be fine: Marker and Tempos. Any clues???

Are you sure you are using the same number for your "ticks per quarter note" setting in reaper and cubase?

Thanks ivansc. I'll re-check that later.

Found the problem....for some reason right at the start of the project there was a bar of 3/4 even though I had a Time Signature Marker of 4/4. VERY STRANGE!!
Using the Project Settings, I checked the Base Ruler Markings off this measure option, and that made the Reaper project right.
For Cubase I'll have to change the 1st bar to 3/4, and that should make the midi line up correctly.
FFIW Cubase uses 480 PPQ and Reaper 960. Changing that setting in Cubase made no difference to the start time of the Midi.
