Can't get BBC Discover to work
So, I downloaded Reaper, merely unpacked it, I click the binary and it seems to run properly. So far so good. I downloaded BBC Discover with the installer via Wine.
In the preferences, I point Reaper to ".wine/drive_c/Program Files/Common Files/VST3/" and it claims for a split second to have found it (see attachment). The window opens and closes so fast that I have to time a screenshot in order to read it properly. Yet when I try to add a virtual instrument on a new track, I don't find it anywhere. I'm running Ubuntu 14, due to loser/failure internet, I can't upgrade, 64 bit. Would be amazing if I got it to run. Cheers Pete |

Do you use this: https://github.com/osxmidi/LinVst3
I haven't tried it myself yet. I only use LinVST and it works flawless. I might do a test later.
