Default Windows don't really maximize

Minor grievance only

Steps to reproduce on windows 10:
- Open any app (google chrome, file explorer) and maximize it, as you would
- Open reaper and maximize it, as you would
- Open a item note lane editor and maximize, as you... you know where i'm going with this.
- Jam your mouse pointer into the upper right corner of the screen and click to hopefully close the item note lane editor but instead close the app you had open underneath, in my case usually a browser with an odd twenty-something tabs of good reaper tips.

Like i said minor grievance but i think you should know.

My solution for this is to lock the Windows taskbar to the right side of the screen. That way it's very difficult to accidentally close anything by accidentally clicking my mouse while pushing it into the top right. I only open the start menu instead.

I guess it's just one of those things one accepts. Apparently the competition has many quirks as well.
