Default Windows 10. Audio Mixer. Where is it?

I just migrated from Windows 7 to 10 and the audio seems a lot hotter output now.
Windows 7 had a mixer where I could have the volumes adjusted lowe, let's say 50% for browser, 100% for Reaper, and something in-between for others.

All I'm seeing is Speaker Volume? Is there still an Audio Mixer like Windows 7 for Windows 10?

I've looked around but finding nothing

Right click the speaker icon on the task bar. You'll see all the sound options.
