Default Install Reaper with Xubuntu - XFCE

Hello, I downloaded the files from reaper.fm, but I can not install them.

Does anybody know, how to install Reaper under XFCE?

Right-click on the tar.xz file and choose "extract". Head into the newly created folder, enter a terminal in that folder and type ./install-reaper.sh. That's it...follow the instructions! Alternatively, you can go one level deeper into the REAPER folder and just double-click on "reaper" to run without installing.
