Default accessing separate hard drives?

I finally have ST4 installed and running, however as I store all the sample files on a separate hard drive, I now need to access that to re-direct ST4 to use them.
However in Reaper I am not getting the option to select this hard drive, all I get is anything on the "C" drive in wine.

Can anyone help with this please?

I like to have the samples and other data on another drive in cases where the OS needs to be re-installed and I REALLY do not want to have to re-download all the libraries again haha!!
