Default [Implemented in 7.10] Plugin filter in the track envelope list

It may have been requested in the past because it seems an obvious thing to ask for, but couldn't find any threads.

With many plugins the list is too ungainly to navigate and filter will make it more manageable.

The filter may not necessarily hide individual plugin lists but instead collapse them.

Alternatively an action to collapse individual plugin lists so only certain one can be opened afterwards.

Just FYI, you can already collapse plugin lists by clicking on the [-] boxes to the left of each plugin name.
