Default Freezing Tracks problem

Recently, when I try to freeze a track, it cuts off the first few notes. I don't understand why this is happening now. I really rely on this feature, and it has become a really big problem. Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening now?

I'm using: Freeze tracks to mono (render pre-fader, save/remove items and online FX)

Are you only selecting the track, the entire track? There's no time selection there cutting off the beginning? Sorry, had to ask. No problems here, select track and the entire thing freezes fine.

Yeah, I'm selecting the whole track. It doesn't matter what track I select, it still cuts off the beginning of it. I even add some space at the beginning of it to cover the amount being cut off. I never had this issue until lately. I'm running the newest Reaper version on Windows, 64 bit.

If it's midi data try extending the MIDI item a bit

Are there any high latency plugins that might be messing with Reaper that you can try disabling to see?

That's my problem. All my plugins are high latency. I don't know what Reaper update changed this for me. Appreciate the help.

If it seems to be a particular Reaper update then just install some previous versions on top of your current install and find out which one fixes it.

Weird workaround, for most of the tracks, I turned the fx off and froze the track and it froze in the proper length, then I was able to turn the fx back on. Which is odd because usually the fx button would be grayed out when frozen. idk?

Still no fix for this. So frustrating.

Seems that just my Neural DSP guitar plug-ins are the ones that are getting about 15 seconds cut off from the beginning. And vocal tracks are getting the tail-end reverb or delay, cut off, (not using Neural plug-ins there).
