Default combo shortcuts?

is there a way to do a combo shortcut in reaper, i.e. press one key to do a couple of things? is that called a script?

I'm looking to do three (or four) things in one key:

--- [stop]
--- undo
--- save
--- record

this is, obviously, for home studio purposes, in which I typically record several takes until I get it right...

thoughts? thank you!

Absolutely. They are called custom actions. Here's Kenny Gioias video about actions. Part about the custom actions starts from 6:57.
