Reaper sounds like shit
Why do all softwares with features sound so much like cheap MP3 ?
Why do natural sounding softwares have no composer friendly features?
This modern technology of sound fucks-up the music and makes me wanna quit playing guitar....
If you can't hear what I mean, it just means that you are child of a fucked up era
REAPER sucks just like too many softwares.

If the food coming out of your kitchen tastes like shit, do you complain about the utensils or appliances? Seems just about as logical to me.

I find General Contact Unit more entertaining. This seems like a throw back to the Ultragod persona.

again?
at least you've found the spam trap.
It would be good if you backed up your claim with some sort of evidence.
I'd like to hear the difference you claim to hear- I want only the best for my little ditties.

What if I'm so damn happy with REAPER I'm only reading this thread for entertainment?
I'm not going to knock SAW Studio but I think your view is probably not a common one and of course you're entitled to it.
I only mentioned the tape machine because I thought you'd be happier - at least there would be one tool.

If you want your songs to be for others what you think they are when you hear them, give yourself an objective perspective and try other DAWs... I recommend trying and listening to SawStudio for a balanced view on the topic.

The reason is that you need to learn more.
Try compressing the bass keyed from the kick, you know, the way people have been doing it for the last 40 years or so.
Oh, and sidechaining is dead easy in Reaper.
If you are inexperienced, it is possible to make any software sound bad. But you might have luck that the default settings on your fave proggy help you to spontaneously get a good sound. If, on the other hand, you've been around a bit you can get good results with anything.
Oh, and of course I have already worked with SAW, to be honest, I don't like it.

I always get the same answer posted differently....
YOU need to improve dude
There is no room for overlapping frequencies in a 2 dimension space.
What about depth ?
Is that a concept that nulls ?
Check it out for yourself....

Well that's a dead giveaway isn't it.
I conclude:
You are a troll.
You are not too bright.
You are deaf.
My advice would be to learn a bit more about basic audio engineering.
Hope this helps!
Cheers and bye-bye!

You are a bad sound engineer ... that's all that may come out of it so far.
For all I know, you are just a kid doing songs at home and getting a few bucks from his friend's friends with cracked plugins.
