Default Changing the octave height

Learning to use a reaper with only the basics of English creates minor problems. Dates with my tongue does not always match the terms of the English language.
If I knew the language much better, I would have solved the problem myself.
And the problem is this. I put the melody on the C4 octave. And after listening to the song, I decided that I should change the otawa. Except that the track consists of about 50 elements. Manually rearranging them all will be so tedious.
So I have a question. Is there a plug-in that can shift MIDI notes to a different octave? So that the instrument played higher or lower.

Try the JS FX IX/MIDI Tool II:

Add it in front of the instrument plug-in.

You can also disable the instrument plug-in then Record the Output of the track to convert the MIDI permanently.
