Reaper 5 add a delay on loopplay with rematrix in send effects

there is no reverb select in rematrix and it is use as a send effect. I report this bug overloud, the rematrix developers. they told it is a bug in reaper. I see no other plugin that have this problem in reaper. Rematrix work in loop play in cubase and other. i told them that breverb(a reverb they have writen too) have not the problem in reaper. they do not answer then. so i thought they fix it. they release some days ago now a new version, problem is in too

maybe overlould do something wrong or in reaper is something wrong ?. see video. to test there is demoversion of rematrix available

I write in title in insert effect. thats wrong. I mean when rematrix work as send effect

You can edit the title...

At the left bottom corner of a track's FX-Chain Window, you can see the amount of delay (in samples) that the combination of plugins in that chain requests from the DAW.

Reaper is bound to introduce (at minimum) this delay to synchronize the tracks, unless you configure it not to do this kind of synchronization (somewhere in the preference settings).

reaper show in edit fx 0/0 spls. so seem no delay is choose by plugin

there can see in the video, that only when in the play loop mode at end the play cursor jump to beginning, the data is delay.
the delay can hear lots because it give phasing effects when the direct output is mix to original signal. if all is ok, then volume is double
i did not see a setting where can choose buffer.

i look in the compatible mode menu of FX and i see a menu "Buggy plugin compatible mode"
when enable this, it work. what do the plugin wrong, so can tell overloud what need fix ?.
