[API] GetLast...function(s)

A couple of months ago I wrote about problems with the positioning of midi notes.
Later it turned out that this is due to the peculiarities of PPQ.

After some time I found a solution for myself, but I have to constantly monitor this and every time I record midi items or draw midi item I have to use a custom action manually.

I would like to bring this to automatism,
since I sometimes forget to use a custom action and get unintended consequences

So I would like to suggest this API-function
to solve this problem and apply a custom action
to all newly created items after clicking on the "space" (if there is a record)
or after drawing the item in pencil:
GetLastCreatedItem()

Perhaps in these there is a sense too:
GetLastTouchedTrack()
GetLastCreatedTrack()
GetLastAddedItem()
