Reaper 5.70--Opening from Project template tends to say Reaper have stopped working

anyone else have this happening

if i open reaper it usually opens in the last project i worked in,but if i then try to open from open from projecct template i get a Reaper has stopped working,this happens a copuple of times,and then it opens.

Any one else have this happening??

in win7 64bit
