Default Specific VST plugin not listed/available

I copied the DLL files of a specific plugin into the VST folder that is configured for scanning in Reaper. All other plugins are found, displayed and can be used. This one doesn't. It's not listed in the "VST folders" view of the "Add FX" UI.
I have validated that the DLL files are actual VST plugins using the "VST Scanner" freeware. See the output of the tool with detailed report in attached file. Is there some incompatibility with Reaper according to the VST version or whatever? I'm using Reaper 4.78 64 bit.

synthedit. No need to say anything more. Perennial issues with all things synthedit based, especially if you are on a 64bit OS and/or Reaper version.

I would just go look for a better filter elsewhere.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I wasn't aware of such problems with Synthedit plugins. I read about their RIAA filter in a different forum, where they said it was the best RIAA filter plugin out there. Too bad that it doesn't work. I found two others, but I cannot tell if the Synthedit filter sounds any better.
