$format wildcard doesn't work correctly for secondary output format

If I use the $format wildcard in a filename in the render window and I'm using a secondary output format, the file name for the secondary output will use the format from the primary in it's name.

CONFIRMING

filename pattern:
multiencode-tempo_$tempo-format_$format-sr_$sampleratek

(primary format set to WAV, secondary set to MP3 at 192kbps)

resulting rendered files:
multiencode-tempo_120-format_wav-sr_44.1.wav
multiencode-tempo_120-format_wav-sr_44.1.mp3

Not desirable behavior

(tested in Reaper v6.05+dev0306, 32bit)
