Default How to Use 1 keyboard shortcut for 2 Dynamic Actions?
Example

I want to assign 'a' to Show Take Envelope Dialogue OR to Show Track Envelope Dialogue according to whether I have selected an item or a Track.

How do I go about doing that in Cycle actions.

I know that Action Lists but I have no clue how to use conditional statements
