Default Moving all the files for a project

Hey forum.
So as you know Reaper creates separate individual files on your hard drive for each recorded take, and any other item from the project too. Is there a way to automatically move all the files from a project somewhere, eg on an external hard disk ?

Get in the habit of making a new project folder at the start for every project. That leaves you with all the audio and project files in a single folder per project. You can simply copy whole folders to move things around.

If you haven't been doing that or aren't sure if you have mixed project files in various places, do a new 'save as' and use the 'copy' feature to create a whole new copy of a project folder.

If you might have more than one project using audio from somewhere you might not want to use that 'move' option. Use the 'copy' option just to be safe. Once you know you have your all projects organized you can delete old folders. Create new and then trash the old is easier than cleaning up the old.

Ooohhhh, Sensei Max Dembo-san ! Respectful greetings.
And thanks yeah, that seems to have done it. Can't believe I haven't been doing this earlier. Huh.
