[JSFX] MGAZCM - Brickwall limiter/zero crossing maximizer
Hey everybody, long time no see. Keeping it simple, I wanted a JS plugin that would do true peak limiting/brickwall filter. There's probably one out there, but I like the sound of the bundled MGA Limiter so I added oversampling and the Zero Crossing Maximizer code to it (MGA Limiter + ZCM = MGAZCM, sure why not).
Tested it with up to 20 dB of gain reduction, still sounds pretty good. 1x/2x/4x oversampling.

Cheers,
Sault

seem to introduce a lot of latency compared to other limiters

It introduces a crap ton of latency due to the zero crossing maximizer portion, a few hundred milliseconds I think is the default. Can't really get around it, you can always reduce the buffer size down to whatever doesn't glitch.
I basically just smashed the two effects together, tweaked some settings to try and make them play better together, then added oversampling. Probably time to push an update, I'll do some testing and see what I come up with.
